Once we have finalized your building design, the building purchase process moves forward with the preparation of purchase documents. This document contains all the information describing your custom steel buildings and options. It is in this document that you will select your roofing and siding colors, as well as door options, especially if you are considering our steel building kits.

We offer custom steel buildings with roofing and siding that is powder coat painted, similar to the finish on a car. You can choose from both 24-gauge and 26-gauge options for your steel building kits, each featuring a different color palette and warranty.

Windows will need to be purchased locally and installed easily in the prepared framing. Insulation is available for both the roof and walls of your steel building kits.

It is possible to purchase a container with your building kit as part of the building purchase process. With the purchase of a container, it will be delivered with a roll-off, setting the container on the ground.
If we deliver your custom steel buildings in a rental container, it will be brought to a truck accessible location on a chassis (wheels) off the ground, about 4 feet high. You will most likely need a forklift to unload the steel building kits before the container is picked up in about 5 days.
